The AIDER is offering to their patients the services of a state-of-the-art In-house Dental Laboratory fabricating the crowns and bridges within the same day.
A perfect smile requires perfect quality.
With the help of an intra-oral 3D scanner (TRIOS, 3Shape, Denmark) a conventional impression is not necessary anymore. The technicians of the in-house dental laboratory are designing and manufacturing the crowns straight away so the crowns can be inserted on the same day. No temporaries necessary - no second appointment.
A majority of dentists in Australia outsource the dental technology work (e.g. porcelain crown) to Asian low-cost dental laboratories.
These markets are non-regulated and therefore materials that are used may not be safe.
The AIDER is proud to continue the expansion of the dental laboratory where all dental laboratory work is manufactured exclusively in-house by qualified dental technicians.
We use metal-free materias such us zirconia-oxide, lithium disilicate glass ceramic (e.max) and porcelain.
The AIDER Dental Laboratory is working with the latest technology in CAD/CAM in collaboration with the worlds leader in computer manufacturing Wieland (Germany).

Trios Intra-Oral Scanner
1. Within 2 minutes the intra-oral scan is taken chairside.
2. A dental technician is designing in the in-house dental laboratory the crown after receiving the intra-oral scan from the clinc by internet.
3. After the crown is milled by the CAD/CAM machine a dental technician is adding porcelain creating perfect esthetics.
