The AIDER Dental Clinic is offering besides implant dentistry also general dentistry.
As preferred provider of most health funds we are offering all this services on the basis of health fund prices. This helps you to maximize your claims and to reduce your gap.
Regular cleans and check-ups are covered gap free from most private health funds*.
1. Fillings
In restorative dentistry a dental filling is used to repair minimal tooth fractures, tooth decay or otherwise damaged surfaces of the teeth.
At the AIDER we use only composite and porcelain (inlays) to restore teeth (white fillings) which are bio-compatible.
2. Root Canal Treatment (Endodontics)
Endodontic treatment is necessary when the insite of the tooth (pulp) becomes inflamed or infected. The infection or inflammation have a variety of causes such us deep decay, crack or chip in the tooth, faulty fillings or crowns. In addition, trauma to a tooth may cause pulp damage even if the tooth does not have any visible chips or cracks.
During the root canal treatment, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and desinfected, then filled and sealed with a rubber-like material called gutta-percha. Afterwards, the tooth is restored with a crown for protection.
3. Oral Surgery Wisdom Tooth Removal
We offer beside periodontal treatment and implant dentistry also oral surgery under local anaesthetic.
Mainly it is the surgical removal of wisdom teeth.
4. Crowns and Bridges
Is a tooth not restorable with a conventional filling or inlay then a crown is necessary to re-establish the appearance and function of the damaged tooth.
5. Periodontal Treatment
Periodontitis, or gum disease, is an infection of the gums which gradually destroy the supporting tissues of the teeth. This disease not only affects the gums, but also the bone which holds the teeth in place. This can lead to eventual loosening of the affected teeth and loss. Treatment is essiential to stop the progressing infection.
